Lauren Fedinec joined Bausch Health in February of 2019 to lead the PRC process across the Rx, Device and OTC businesses of Bausch Health.  In January of 2021, she was promoted to lead a newly formed Marketing Operations organization which is comprised of the PRC process as well as the Print Management & Design team.  The goal of the Marketing Operations team is to create a single department that can support the Marketing organization through the entire lifecycle of its promotional materials from approval to production to distribution.  The Marketing Operations team strives for continuous process efficiencies and improvements in order to support the Commercial business.  Prior to Bausch Health, Lauren was at Bayer for 10 years in several management and leadership roles in the Women’s Health, Rx Dermatology and Consumer Health divisions.
