Tessie Kenney has over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as both in-house and outside counsel.  She currently serves as Counsel at Merck where she has supported multiple therapeutic areas including oncology, specialty, and chronic care.  Tessie’s work focuses on advising teams to help create innovative solutions on a wide range of regulatory, commercial, and research challenges at all stages of the product lifecycle from development through patent expiry.  Her counseling includes collaboration with Promotional Review teams, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, and Training to assist cross-functional teams in reaching their goals. Prior to joining Merck, Tessie had extensive experience representing clients across a broad range of Mass Tort and Product Liability cases at both Dechert LLP and Jones Day, including serving as outside counsel on nationwide, pharmaceutical product liability matters.
